Gildenhuis

A monument in Melle, or as these days we should call it Merelbeke-Melle. Ask any resident about a well-known part of the municipality, and ‘het Gildenhuis’ is almost always the first thing they’ll think of. Even Bernard Balcaen, famous from “De Mol,” has fallen in love with it. Besides a cozy bar and a local meeting place, het Gildenhuis also boasts a spacious multifunctional hall and a beautiful, expansive terrace as major assets.
