Dalver

Dalver is a post-metal band from Lokeren, originally founded in 2019 by 4 friends with the aim of combining the power of heavy guitars with the melodics of blues-inspired stoner music.

During their first 2 years Dalver had been searching for the perfect balance between these 2 musical dimensions. In 2022 they succesfully launched their first demos “Mortal” and “The Shrine”.

While Steffen Verhosté (Bass) en Marijn Aper (Guitar & Vocals) stayed in the band, Tim Wille (Drums) and Lenny Ruymbeek (Guitar) went other directions. The drums are now done by Lennert De Mey, as Dalver continues as a 3-piece band.

The band have since been further refining their mix of weight and atmosphere while channeling resilience and emotional depth. This resulted in their 2025 releases “Still Standing” and “As Fires Die” and successfully signing a record deal with Obsidian Pulse Records.
